These are replacement headgear for the Philips Respironics Nuance and Nuance Pro Nasal Pillow Masks.
Nuance headgear:

This helmet is compatible with Nuance's fabric frame. The back strap is pastel blue. This hat features simply one Velcro tab, with no printing on it. The Nuance headgear with a pale blue rear strap is incompatible with the Nuance Pro mask.

Nuance Pro Head Gear: This headgear is compatible with the Nuance Pro, which has a clear silicone frame and gel inserts. The rear strap is medium grey in hue.

This helmet features three Velcro tabs, one of which bears the words "Nuance Pro" on it. The Nuance Pro headgear with a medium gray rear strap is incompatible with the Nuance Mask. When ordering, make sure to select the appropriate Headgear from the options above.
